Bryce Christian Thompson is a multi-talented performer with stage, film and tv credits. He will make his debut as ‘Young Simba’ in the North American Tour of The Lion King in May 2024.

In Fall of 2023, Bryce starred in the Metropolitan Opera’s production X: Life and Times of Malcolm X as Young Malcolm in NYC to glowing reviews. He also participated in the historical marathon reading of The Autobiography of Malcolm X and was featured on the cover of the New York Times Art Section.

Other credits include the award-winning short film The Devil Will Run (Shah – Lead), Amazon’s Play-Doh Squished and NBC’s Bluff City Law

His commercial and print work includes campaigns for the National Civil Rights Museum, Embassy Suites, Desoto County Tourism, Bank of America, Toys R Us, Johnson & Johnson’s and NYC.gov.

Bryce lives in Memphis, TN and trains as a vocalist and percussionist at the Stax Music Academy. He has ballet, jazz and tap training with the Collage Dance Collective. He is a member of Wimbledon Gymnastics Pre-Team and he is a part of the AAU Mid-South Diving Team. A brilliant and creative student, Bryce is an 7th grader at the Mid-South Gifted Acdemy in Collierville, TN.
